X-factor workout

Alright so I just finished my first workout using the X-Factor resistance bands.

It’s really not as easy as you may think. :-/ It did however give me a pretty good workout. This exercise regimen seems to be all about building muscle which is fabulous, but I’m going to have to keep up with the cardio if I want to drop a few pounds. Hmmm…I’m thinking 5am 3 mile run?
